I wanted to play a flake today in the morn but when I lauched the laucher (hah) it downloaded a patch, applied it and... started to dowload the entire client from the scratch. I checked my game files - they were present. Ok. I let the laucher download the game and went to work. When I came home 2 hours agone it finished downloading, just afterward I striking 'apply' it STARTED TO DOWNLOAD THE CLIENT AGAIN.
I've tried this thread: on the off forum only it didn't aid. Even subsequently I copy the depot binder all I tin do is to 'install' the game again.
I fifty-fifty did the clean uninstalling. Didn't assist. Have to redownload the client again for the third time. If it won't help then I guess I'll have much more free time.
I know you lot probably won't aid me, just want to complain a fleck

I had quite a like effect today forenoon equally well. Later on I had finished downloading the patch in the morning, there was an error message saying that some of the files may accept been corrupted and that I could try launching the game after an hour. During this fourth dimension, I had noticed that the 'Play' button in the launcher was replaced by a 'Repair' 1 and I decided to close the launcher and try once more after instead of risking re-installing the whole game once more. After almost an 60 minutes, I had launched the again merely to find the same 'Repair' option and the same mistake bulletin. After a few minutes of waiting though, the 'Play' push returned and the game launched without any issues luckily. Still dont know what exactly went wrong, but mayhap you should wait a while afterward re-installing the game to launch it.

Closing the client and reopening it (a few times) sometimes fixes it... Or at to the lowest degree gives y'all the option to play without repairing.

Ouch nya, that sucks 
I'm no aid - i take had my game wanting to take Repair subsequently downloading patches, and also had information technology wanting me to download the whole friggin matter again too, but i've simply had to close information technology all down and endeavour to launch information technology again, and and so information technology started upward ordinarily....lucky me i estimate... I promise someone on here or on official forum/support can help you lot improve, and that you lot become it going asap!

Yeah, this happened to me as well. When it somewhen came up with the "Repair" button, Holly advised me to close downwards the launcher and reload it, and then I was able to play as normal.

Yea me and @MrThermidor have this consequence as well. Keep getting:
Error 209 - PatchManifestError_VersionFail
No amount of endmost seems to do anything. @MrThermidor tried to reinstall the game just even that is giving him the same error. Therefore neither of united states can play merely now.
We're off on Holiday for 4 nights starting tomorrow so dont have a whole lot of time to put into it either, sadly. If anyone has any further ideas please let us know.

Try simply launching eso without the launcher: Plan Files (x86)\Zenimax\The Elder Scrolls Online EU\game\client\eso.exe

Thanks for the thought - didn't work, sadly. Volition probably just do a fresh download/install at this bespeak.. going to be busy for most of the day anyway =) (Connection is soooooo slow)

Thank you all for your help. I'm even so downloading the client and so I'll see if your advice works.
Haha and today I've got a day off and wanted to play some games. And so my PS3 suddenly decided it needed some remainder. The world is trying to tell me something

Don't really want to bother with their forums. If they tell me to reinstall the game again there'll exist blood.
I've never met with so many problems in an MMO before, and I've played enough.

Take yous tried only closing the launcher instead of clicking the 'Repair' button? Worked for me.

Patch manifest error is a synchronize problem.
Simply open up and close the launcher when you go the "error", you may have to do this up to x times (happened to me) but and so it should work after a while.
Workaround:
don't run the launcher and just start the eso.exe from your game client binder.
The launcher is only needed for updates/patches, I normally but start the game straight with an exe-shortcut.

That repair trouble seems to have returned today morning, it wasn't around for the past three or four days and I thought it had gone for skilful. Didn't know you could manually start the game from the client folder, only it seems to be the best option as of at present.

Tried the new method and notwithstanding not working, initially thought it was the maintenance but the European union PC maintenance is scheduled for tomorrow. Hope they fix the launcher soon considering I really detest to run across such a groovy game have such a faulty launcher.

The launcher doesn't kickoff when you run the game with the eso.exe directly, so there shouldn't be an error, else the game files are actually corrupted.

True, merely it was showing a unlike type of error when trying to run the game from the exe file(fifty-fifty the Announcements weren't there). I think it was Error 201 with some combination of numbers after that. Even so don't know how information technology happened, but hope information technology gets fixed soon.
